Slitting runs on a tension-controlled line at the mill, and we re-measure at both ends of the roll before it ships.

Coating we control

Acrylic, rubber and hot-melt are coated here, not bought in. Adhesive weight is recorded per lot.

Die-cutting to ±0.3 mm

Rotary dies for coins, squares and gasket profiles, with first-article samples before mass production.

Reports with every lot

Peel strength, shear and width are measured and attached, not promised in an email.

The mill is in Jinjiang, 90 minutes from Xiamen airport. Fly in, and we will take you: looms, dye house, coating line, die-cutting, packing. If your process requires an audit, we will arrange SGS or BV on site.
